Do you want to know some of the latest trends in technology? Ask the students. In this session, learn how students can take advantage of opportunities outside the classroom to pursue their interests with mini-workshops throughout the school year. See how Hollister Middle School structures sessions that students can attend before, during, and after school as well as two full "Tiger Tech Days" at the end of each semester. Examples of student led sessions include drones, Garageband, 3D printing, effective presentations, cooking, and MORE! These sessions help increase student engagement by teaching things they want to learn and skills they want to develop - all taught by their peers!
