Getting Real with NGSS (Next Generation Science Standards) FILLING

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity filling up

This session is for science teachers wanting to make the Next Generation Science Standards real and relevant to students. Technology can help provide real world learning to students that gets "ABOVE THE LINE" with relevance and rigor. Teaching through project based learning or 5E lessons allows for students to work at their own pace and master learning targets. Through project based learning students are given choice and a voice. This session will show you technology tools students can use with their projects. It will also show you how to embed the Next Generation Science Standards' performance expectations, science and engineering practices, and cross-cutting concepts.
